Terms and Conditions

The Queen of Sparkle Terms and Conditions are as follows:

The Queen of Sparkle can withdraw and/or cancel services if the photo sent in for our Artist is blurred or not useable
Check sizes on each item. Sizes vary and will be specific for each item listed
By submitting your photo to our Artist to edit, sketch, paint, draw, color change, make 3D, or use Diamond Artistry, you give the Queen of Sparkle permission to create our vision of Art work and also use the finished product in our Ads, Promotions, Website Gallery.
Special Orders can take up to 3 weeks for delivery
3D and Diamond Artistry times of completion may vary - expect a 4 week time frame
Our Artist will talk on the phone or in person concerning all artwork photography. We will find out your wishes for your masterpiece creation. After the process has begun, there can be NO changes made. So please make sure all details, colors, names, design, etc. have been provided correctly.

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy to buyers.

The Queen of Sparkle Return and Refund policy is as follows:

Return merchandise in original packaging with tags still in place on merchandise, if merchandise looks like it has been worn or used, it can not be returned for any reason
Swimsuits can NOT be returned. Please make sure you order the correct size
Email customer service at sales@queenofsparkle.com to initiate your return
Reason for return (damaged or wrong size, etc.)
There is NO return and/or NO refund on any custom art work pieces and any embroidery/personalized Clothing, Jewelry, Baby items, Photography Art Work . Double check your spelling on your personalization as it will be printed as you sent it.
Process of refund - Once your return is received and in its original condition, you will be issued a refund minus a 5% processing fee
Return shipping is paid by the customer
